We offer both domestic and international shipping through trusted courier partners.

Domestic (Pakistan):  Delivery takes approximately 2-3.5 weeks (Luxe Prêt) and 4–5 weeks (Formals)
International: Delivery takes approximately 3.5–4.5 weeks (Luxe Prêt) and 6–8 weeks (Formals). Timelines may vary due to customs or external delays beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.

Orders placed after Eid order cut off date will most probably be processed once operations resume , after which standard timelines will apply. However some exceptions can be made for particular articles customer will have to contact us through Instagram (DM's) or email to confirm .

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed and payment has been received.

Returns & Exchanges

We follow a strict no return and no exchange policy.

However, in the rare case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we may offer an exchange or store credit after verification.

To be eligible:

Issue must be reported within 24-48 hours of delivery
Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags intact
Clear photo/video evidence is required

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Made-to-Order Pieces

All Luxe Prêt and Formal pieces are made to order and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable.

Please review size charts and order details carefully before purchase, as alterations are not offered.

Store Credit

Approved cases may be resolved via store credit only, valid for 3 months.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

• Do not bleach.
• Do not tumble dry.
  Steam or iron on low heat from the reverse side.
• Handle delicate fabrics, embroidery, and embellishments with care.
• Avoid direct contact with perfumes, deodorants, and other chemicals.
• Store in a garment bag in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight

Lengths may vary depending on the design. While we strive to present our collections as accurately as possible, actual colors may differ slightly due to photographic lighting and individual screen settings.
